Need
A patient from abroad usually writes first at night; by the time the clinic opens, they have written to another clinic.
Messages are spread over two WhatsApp numbers, Instagram and the web form. Which patient is at which stage lives in an Excel file.
The system
An assistant that answers in the patient's language and says it is an AI assistant: on WhatsApp, Instagram and the website.
It reads free consultation times from the clinic calendar, books the request and hands medical questions to the team. Health details go into a separate pre-visit form, never the chat.
