Process.

Four stages from discovery to launch; each ends in writing.

Stages.

  1. Discovery

    Needs, goals and existing systems.

    Output Discovery notes

  2. Scope

    Timeline and price, in writing.

    Output Written proposal

  3. Build

    A working preview every week.

    Output Weekly preview

  4. Launch

    Monitoring, care, new parts.

Output Live system and care plan

Ways of working.

  • Fixed-scope project

A defined job, a fixed price.

  • Monthly product team

    Ongoing development, a monthly fee.

  • Care and support

    The live system keeps running.

Questions.

  • How does pricing work?

Scope and timeline come in a written proposal before work starts. The price holds as long as the scope does.

  • How long does a project take?

It depends on the scope and is written in the proposal. During the build you see a working preview every week.

  • Who owns the source code, domain and accounts?

Your project is opened in your name from day one: the domain, hosting and provider accounts (WhatsApp Business, AI) are yours. At hand-over the source code and all access are transferred to you.

  • What if I am not happy with the result?

You see a working preview every week; a direction you do not like is discussed before the work is finished. [PLACEHOLDER: acceptance, revision rounds, payment and termination terms]

  • Why work with a software company when AI tools exist?

Tools produce drafts; a working system is connected to your data, channels and rules, tested and monitored after launch. We use these tools too; our job is to connect them to your calendar, your CRM and your team.

  • Does it connect to the software we already use?

If there is an API, a webhook or an export, we connect directly; if not, we build an intermediate flow over email or a spreadsheet. How each program connects is written in the proposal.

  • Where is our data kept?

We choose the hosting region together: Türkiye, the EU or your own cloud account. If a region outside Türkiye is chosen, the transfer abroad follows Art. 9 KVKK: as the data controller, you sign the Board's standard contract with the provider and it is notified to the Board within five business days.

  • Has WhatsApp banned AI assistants?

No; the terms of 15 January 2026 only restrict providers whose main product is a general-purpose AI assistant, while an assistant serving a business's own customers is allowed. Terms can change, so we check the current version before every setup.

  • How do you work with customers abroad?

The site and the assistant speak the customer's language: Turkish, English and German. A request that arrives at night is in your calendar and CRM by morning.

  • Can my site be in more than one language?

Yes. All languages are managed from a single codebase.

  • Does the AI assistant pretend to be human?

No. The assistant says it is AI, gives no advice on matters that need an expert and hands the conversation to your team when needed.

  • What happens after launch?

A monthly care plan covers hosting, updates, monitoring and small improvements.

  • Is the work real client projects?

No. The work consists of concept projects that show how the systems run in different sectors; the people, businesses and numbers on the screens are sample data.
